Let’s build the right training for your team.

Every engagement starts with a short conversation — no generic session, no guessing what your staff actually needs.

No cost, no obligation.

What to Expect

1 — Book a consultation

Tell me a bit about your program and team, and grab a time that works for you.

2 — You and I map out your training

I’ll talk through what your team needs — skill gaps, upcoming requirements, whatever’s on your radar — and build a plan.

3 — Choose your dates

Once your training plan and payment are confirmed, we’ll schedule your session dates and I’ll send a private link for each one.

4 — Register your team & attend

Submit your staff roster — name and email for each attendee — then your team joins live from the center or from home.

5 — Put it into practice

Every attendee gets their certificate within 48 hours of the session, plus tools to help you track how the training is showing up in the classroom.

What a Session Typically Looks Like

  • Sessions run live, 2–3 hours each.

  • 100% virtual — synchronous, live sessions your team joins from the comfort of the center or home. No in-person option.

  • Scheduled at times that work for your team — no fixed public calendar to work around.

  • Certificates delivered to every attendee within 48 hours of their session.

These are starting points, not a fixed catalog — your consultation is what turns this list into the right training plan for your team. Full descriptions for every topic are ready to pull from during your consultation.
